Little Canada Road, on August 8, 1962 at <br />'7x30 P.Il4, The following Council members were presents <br />Car.~l Spooner, rltayor; Pdalter Coenen, Clerk; John Vitale and Pd.ward Locaf£ler, <br />'Prustees. <br />Absent nvas Joe Backer., 9'rustee. <br />Also present were I~'rederick P. Irlemmer, Village Attorney; R:Lchard Boss, <br />Treasurer; Oscar Londin, Building Inspector and Louis Jespex.'sen, Road <br />Supervisor. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded. by Loefi'er, i.t was <br />"RESOL'VLD, that the minutes of the regalar meeting of July' 11, 196?_ <br />and the special meeting of July 20, 1962 be approved as read." <br />Ayes - q. Nays - 0 <br />The reso7.ution was adopted. <br />117r. James Conlin and Russell Conlin appea,redi~fore the Council and presented <br />a certificate of survey covering certain lots at habore and Arcade Streets. '.Phey <br />stated tl-.at they intended to purchase these lots and. erect homes on them. The lots <br />are platted to 'be 100x132 feet :in area. Pach 7.ot is only about 1~4 tht~ area that <br />is required by the Village code. '7'he council explained to these men the reason :for <br />the lot sizes which are required in Little Canada and denied the issuance of a <br />permi.i: unless ar~,y building constructed will be placed on the size of ].ot required <br />by the Village code. <br />Mr. Pat Fachi.an, who lives on Oondit Street, asked the Council what has been <br />done in order to provide a connection between Condit Street and Country Drive at <br />a point in line with South Owasso Boulevard. '.Che Village Attorney explained. to <br />M.r. Fachian and the Comzcil, vrhat he has done in this regard and stated that he <br />must cheok the original documents i.n order to determine whether the gatevray existing <br />at this location. is public or private property at the present time. <br />Mr. F.ran.k Trolek: of 2968 Rice Street, requested permission. of the Council to <br />erect a cement block bu:Ll,din.g, 30x50 feet in size on his property which he intends <br />to use as a vrorkshop. '.L'he P4ayorr~.ut:ioned the petitioner that the Council has .re- <br />ceived compl.ain.ts because of a number of vehicles, mostly trucks, parked. on his <br />property which seem to stay there for in.de£inite periods, Mr, Trol.ek explained <br />that these were ol.d trucks and equipment being stored and he agreed that he would. <br />get all of this ol.d. equipment moved off of his ].ot before the end. o£ the summer. <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by hoe£,fle.r., it was <br />'?RESOLVLID, that a building pormi.t be issued by the Building <br />Inspector authorizing Frank Trolek to construct a 30x50 foot <br />concrete block buil.d.ing cn his property at 2968 Rice Street <br />with. the understandi.ng• that the use of this building will be <br />
