<br />parties interested therein show cause if any, why the said buil.d.ing
<br />should. not be condenmed and not be removed and that such notice be
<br />posted by the C].erk as provi.d.ed by the build.i.ng codes

<br />requesting• the vacation of Abel Street between County Road B?_ and Demont Street
<br />be vacated. The Clerk reported that this peti.ti.on had been received and that the
<br />hearing had been set for this meeting. The mayor announced that the hearing was
<br />now open and that any person interested therein would now be heard> T.he ;t4ayor
<br />asked i.f thei.r were any objections 'to such vacation,

<br />623, published notice having been duly made for two consecutive weeks i_n the Ramsey
<br />County Review, and notices also having been. posted. at three places :in the Village,
<br />that portion of Abel Street between County Road ]32 and Demont Street 'be and is
<br />hereby vacated and that such vacation is in the best interest of the people anal
<br />citizens thereof.
