The Clerk reported that this peti.ti.on had been received and that the <br />hearing had been set for this meeting. The mayor announced that the hearing was <br />now open and that any person interested therein would now be heard> T.he ;t4ayor <br />asked i.f thei.r were any objections 'to such vacation, <br />Upon motion by Vitale, seconded by Loeffler, it eras <br />"RNSOLVi;D, that pursuant to potation made by Independent School District No, <br />623, published notice having been duly made for two consecutive weeks i_n the Ramsey <br />County Review, and notices also having been. posted. at three places :in the Village, <br />that portion of Abel Street between County Road ]32 and Demont Street 'be and is <br />hereby vacated and that such vacation is in the best interest of the people anal <br />citizens thereof. <br />.Ayes - 4 ATays - 0 <br />The resolution was adopted.. <br />'The Clerk presented the Sheriff's report for the month of July.
