I1~ers Prattalone, Village Police Officer, reported to the Council about a petition concerning a water hole on Demont Street. He stated that there is a culvert across Demont to handle the water but that 'the South end of this culvert was blocked when the Roy Wilson Addition was constructed on the South side of Demont. The ovmers of the property indicate that they feel no obligation to do anything about the lot since the Village authorized the blocking of the Former outlet. This matter was referred 't-o the 'Village Fhgincer for a report. Myers Prattalone also presented a report received from the State Health Depart- ment concerning the Terrace heights It4obile Home Park, 2442 Rice Street. 'Phe report was received and placed on file. Ntr. Prattalone asked the Council to have Village ordinances prepared in book form so the Sheriff's Department could furnish each officer. with a copy. lphe Clerk was instructed to see what could be done about this and to get a price. Clerk presented a request for locating a new trailer park in the Village of Little C~.3nada.
