The Clerk read a letter from Milnar Carley recommending approval of Highway Plan No. 3. Upon motion. by Collova, seconded by Loeffler, it was "RESOLVED, WHEREAS, the Commissioner o£ Highways has prepared preliminary plans for the improvement o£ a part of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 35E within the corporate limits of the Village of Little Canada from the Wo Jct. F.A.I. 6g4 to E. Jct. F.A.I. 694 (Lahore Rd.) and WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as Layout No. 3 S.P. 6280-49 (`T•H• 35E= 390), from W. Jot. F.A.I. 694 to E. Jct. F.A.I. 694 (Lahore Rd.); and WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on file in the office of the Clerk; and WHEREAS the terra "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described; NOW, THEN, DE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 390 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 35E within the limits of the Village of Little Canada and hereby are approvedo" Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 The resolution was adopted. _3-
