The Building Inspector was instructed to go ahead <br />with this procedureo <br />George Gotwald of the office of Carley & Associates stated that he would give <br />the completed zoning ordinance, together with the zoning map, to the Village Attorney <br />to recheck so that it could now be publishedo Gotwald also stated that the thorough- <br />fare study which is in effect a preliminary street system plan for the Village, was <br />now ready and that a date could be set for the Council to examine this study. <br />L, Jespersen stated that he has inspected Lake Avenue and that he has found <br />that it is properly surfaced and meets the Village specifications ao that it could <br />now be accepted by the Village for maintenance. <br />Upon motion by Jespersen, seconded by Loeffler, it was <br />"RESOLVED, that the Village of Little Canada does hereby accept <br />Lake Avenue for maintenance as a Village street." <br />ryes ^' S Nays ' 0 <br />The resolution was adopted. <br />Ma. Jespersen reported that the public school authorities of District 623 ~pr.~~~"' <br />are willing to make arrangements to store two voting machines at the Ca~~-'tai-°Vi'ew <br />School and two at the Little Canada School and that no charge would be made for <br />such storage. Mr. Jespersen also explained that he had offered the School Board <br />the right to use the machines for school elections. <br />It was also agreed that the Council shall establish two voting precincts in <br />Little Canada instead of one as formerly, and that the Village Attorney prepare a <br />description of the boundaries of the two districts and present same at the next <br />meeting. <br />It was pointed out by members of the Council that many people are asking <br />about having a dump in Little Canada. This matter was referred to Myers 1'rattalone <br />as Health Officer, to see if he could find some acceptable area. <br />The Clerk presented the Municipal Court report. `Phis was placed on file. <br />Clerk presented the Police Officers report for the month of November. This <br />was placed on file. <br />The Clerk read a letter received from Eugene Monick.
