Loss of License Exemption. License fees shall be immediately due <br />and payable under the following circumstances: <br />a. Upon the Second violation in any 12 month period by a Non- <br />STAR Licensee, the City shall revoke the license fee exemption <br />set forth in Section 3200.080 herein for the current year. <br />b. A Third or more violation in any 12 month period by a Non- <br />STAR Licensee shall result in the revocation of the license fee <br />exemption for the next occurring renewal of the license. <br />License fees shall thereafter be due and payable upon each <br />renewal until the renewal of licenses following a continuous 12 <br />month period free of Property Owner violations. <br />c. Upon the Third violation in any 12 month period by STAR <br />licensees the City shall revoke the current year license fee <br />exemption set forth in Section 3200.080 herein for the current <br />year. <br />5. Removal from STAR Program. A STAR participant who receives a <br />Third violation within a 12 month period is automatically removed from <br />the STAR Program effective upon the date notice of removal is sent by the <br />City. Subsequent violations by the Licensee or its assigns within 12 <br />months of the date of removal from the program shall be considered to be <br />a Second violation under the Non-STAR Licensee category. <br />6. Rejoining Program. If a STAR participant is removed from the program <br />for violations set forth in Section 3200.100, that licensee may re-apply for <br />participation in the program following completion of all loss of exemption <br />
