Single Family Dwellings shall be inspected in their entirety at the Property <br />Owner's expense following any violation of this ordinance, the City Code, Building <br />Code, Uniform Fire Code, or Property 1~Iaaartenance :ode and thereafter on a schedule <br />as may be adopted by the City. <br />C. The Common Areas of Multi-family Dwellings shall be inspected on a <br />schedule as maybe adopted by the City. As a condition of re-obtaining a license for a unit that has been revoked, the <br />unit at issue shall be inspected at the Property Owner's expense as set forth in the City's <br />fee schedule. <br />E. Any code violation noted by the City must be remedied in a timely fashion as <br />by the Property Owner based upon deadlines estalslashed by the City and re-inspected <br />for compliance by the City. <br />3200.070. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE. The application will be reviewed and <br />the property will be inspected pursuant to Section 3200.060. If the property meets <br />applicable Codes, laws and ordinances, and fees have been paid, the Code official shall <br />recommend issuance of the license. LICENSE FEE: The application fee shall be determined by the City Council <br />from time to time by Resolution, and shall be paid at the time of application. License <br />fees, as set forth by City Council resolution, shall be due prior to the license expiration <br />date; in the cases of new, unlicensed dwellings, license fees shall be due upon issuance of <br />the certificate of occupancy; iu the case of €€eitaal ltcensiaag, dicens° fees shah be dace <br />agposr appClcatlon9 in the case of licensing periods of less than one (1) year, license fees <br />nsay be prorates!. The City Council may provide an exemption to the payment of all or a <br />portion of license fees for Single Family or Multi-Family Licensees that remain free of <br />violations under Section 3200.100 herein. <br />4 <br />
