MINUTES OF THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE PLANNING <br />COD{MISSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LITTLE CANADA MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little <br />Canada was held on the 25th day of March 1971 at 440 Little Canada Rd in said <br />Village at 8:00 PM. <br />The following members were present: <br />Messrs. Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Earl Rossez, vicemchairman <br />Joseph Thoma, secretary <br />AL Mueller <br />Donald Rada <br />John Radford <br />Eugene Fasciana <br />Richard Boss III <br />Jim Villeaux <br />Absent: Gordon Forbes, and Ronald Blomquist. <br />MINUTES <br />Minutes were approved as read. <br />Montreal. Courts <br />(BRINGS PROPERTY) <br />A change in site plan for the Montreal Court was <br />presented to the Planning Board and a letter froar~~ <br />D.O. Car7.ey concerning soil borings of the site <br />was read. <br />Upon L-he motion of P1r Thoma and seconded by <br />Mr. Rossez, <br />The change in the site Plan of <br />the proposed Montreal Court is <br />hereby accepted and approved. <br />Ayes all motion carried. <br />FINNED{ANN <br />ENTERPRISE <br />Mr. Richard Stockhead from Finnemann Enterprises <br />approached the Planning Commission with plans for <br />a office bldg, to be used as a testing facility <br />by the Northwestrn Bell. The plane indicated the <br />building consits of 27,000 sq £t. and will be Leased <br />to the Northwestern Bell Telephone. <br />page 1 <br />
