Stockstead informed the <br />commission that the facilities are not intended for <br />large construction tpye vehicles and there will be <br />no cable storage. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. P1uller and seconded <br />by ffr. IIoss III <br />The proposed plans for the testing fac- <br />ilities for Northwestern Bell as <br />presented by Finnemann Enterprises i§ <br />hereby approved. <br />Ayes , all motion carried, <br />" DYNAMIC HOMES" <br />Mr. Richard Jacobson of 3384 Rice St, and Mr. Zilge <br />of 2063 Todd Rd. New Brighton presented plans for <br />a non-conventional home called the " Dynamic" A <br />question was raised if the house will meet the Village <br />code pertainingto truss stress. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Boss and seconded by <br />Mr Villeaux <br />The Planning Commission does hereby <br />recommend the approval of the " Dynamic" <br />homes,pro4ided they meet Village Code <br />and the Building and electrical inspectors <br />should be instrcted to to inspect the <br />construction of the home at the plant site. <br />Ayes , 811, motioned carried. <br />Ban Con <br />PUD Mr. 'Ped Glasrud and Mr Stageberg presented plans <br />for a 22l unit apartment bldg, on the Husnik property <br />which is classified PUD. <br />Upon the motion of P1r. Radford and seconded <br />by Mr. Rada <br />The proposed 221 unit apartment bldg. <br />was tabled until Mr. Glasrrud present <br />the total plan of developmettt for the <br />property. <br />Ayes all., motion carried. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Rada and seconded by Mr. Boss <br />the meeting adjourned. <br />
