DSINUTES OI' THE REGULAR DSEETING <br />OP TIME PLANNING CODSDSISSION OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of <br />Little Canada was held on the 27th clay of May 1971 at II:00 o'cl.ocic PDi. at <br />440 Little Canada Rd. i.n said Village. <br />The following members were present: <br />Messrs Peter Costa, chairman <br />liarl Rosse2, vice-chairman <br />Joseph Thoma, secretary <br />Richard BossIIl, Jim Villeux, Donald Rada, Jaclc Radford <br />also present: <br />Council members, Richard Anderson, Joseph Chlebeclc, Robert De Bice <br />and Donald Valento. <br />The following members of the planning commission were absenL•: <br />Messrs: Gordon Forbes, Eugene 1'asciana, Ronald Bloomquist and A.~ Mueller. <br />MINUTES The minutes of the regul.ax meeting of April. 29th Caere approved <br />as recieved. <br />RAUENHORST Mr. Keith Bednarowsld, the project engineer, of <br />Development Rauenhorst development Co. presented a proposed plot plan <br />for. a warehouse to be used as a retail and whole-sale <br />fniture store. The company will not manufacture furniture <br />at this site but will display anti sell furniture. <br />'I'he building consists of approximately 1.75,000 sq. ft., pre-cast <br />structure, exterior J.ighting and a parking area for 477 cars. <br />'Phe Rauenhorst Co. intends to purchase the 40 acres <br />of the George and Daniel Campanaro properL-y and the proposed <br />furniture store will occupy about 12 acres of the 40 acres. <br />Upon the motion of Dlr. Radford and seconded <br />by DIr. Richard Boss: <br />The proposed plot plan for a furniture <br />store as presented on plans dated <br />May 27, 1971 by Rauenhorst is hereby <br />approved. <br />Ayes all, motion carried. <br />GODDON PLAT: <br />page 1 <br />A proposed plat plan known as L-he " STIs'V;NS ADDITION" <br />was presented to the Planning Commission. <br />Upon the motion of Mr.. Radford and seconded <br />by Mr. Bossy <br />
