MINUTES OP' THE REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE PLANNTNG <br />COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF LITTLE CANADA MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Little <br />Canada was he~d on the 28th day of April 1972 at 440 Little Canada Rd in said <br />Village at 8: 0 PM, <br />The following members were present: <br />Messrs. Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Earl Rossez, Vice-chairman <br />John Radford, Secretary <br />Jim Villeaux <br />Mrs. Martha Mitchell <br />Ralph Nardini <br />Ron Blomquist <br />Richard Boss III <br />Eugene Fasciana <br />Al Mueller <br />Absent: Mrs. Virginia Fisher <br />MINUTES: <br />Minutes cuere approved as read. <br />LANll USE MAP <br />Petitions <br />Two petitions were presented by residents of the <br />area bounded by Edgerton, Arcade, LaBore,Rd, and <br />Co, Road D requested the land use map to be changed <br />from R-1, R-2 classification presently indicated, <br />The two petitions included approximately 40 families <br />in the area and those attending the meeting indicated <br />they wanted the zoning changed for the following <br />reason: <br />1Q, The majority of the property owners desired <br />R-l., <br />2). They did not want to give an "open door" <br />approval to multiple family;"4 units per <br />building"structures. <br />3). In the area called out as light industry <br />2/3 fif the area toes already residential. <br />Following further discussion: four areas were <br />voted on to resolve the questions. <br />1), The area bounded by Greenbrier, LaBore Rd., <br />Edgerton, Power Lines' now R-1-R-2 on Land <br />Use Map. <br />John Radford moved that the 2 petitions including- <br />Page 1 <br />
