Regular meeting approximately 40 signatures (or families) re- <br />April 28~ 1972 questing the above area to be changed to R-1 <br />on the Land Use Map, <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Radford, seconded by <br />Richard Boss III it caas resolved that the area <br />bounded by Greenbrier, LaBore Rd,, Edgerton <br />Power Lines Now R-l~ R-2 on Land Use Map. <br />The 2 petitions including approximately 40 <br />signatures (or families) requesting the above <br />area to be changed to R-1. on the Land Use Map. <br />Approved. All Ayes but 1. <br />2). Area bounded by Co. Rd. D- Power Lines <br />Edgerton and Greenbrier now called unit <br />Light Ind. and R-3 on Land Use Map. <br />Moved by Mr. Mueller to change to <br />R-1 on Land Use Map. <br />Upon the motion of Mr, Meuller~ seconded by <br />Mr/ Faciana that the area bounded by Co. Rd, <br />D-Power Lines, Edgerton and Greenbrier, and Arcade <br />presently called out as R-3 by changed to R-1. <br />Moved by Richard Boss TII to change to <br />R-1. <br />Seconded that it be changed to R-1 <br />by Mr, Rossez, <br />Approved. All Ayes. <br />TERRACE HEIGHTS TRAILER <br />PARK EXPANSION <br />Area zoned nova as multiple dwelling R-3, <br />There will be a public hearing May ).5h1i if <br />recommended by Planning Commission, <br />It must be zoned General Business' and then get <br />a special use permit before a trailer park will <br />be permitted, <br />A recommendation from the Planning Commission <br />was requested by the Council.
