Min. Special Meeting <br />Oct 30, 1972,cont, <br />Mr. T, Backer, approached the Council requesting <br />Preferred permission to install a sign, at the Ntd, cornor of Little <br />Developers Canada Rd, and Country Dr. pointing out the direction of the <br />Sign for Quebec apartments. <br />Quebec Apt. <br />Upon the motion of Mr, De Bace and seconded <br />by Mr. Rudy, it was resolved that, <br />Permission is hereby granted to the owners <br />of the Quebec apartmens to install a direct- <br />ional sign for the " Quebec Apartment" at <br />the NW cornor of Little Canada Rd and Country <br />dr. for three months. <br />Ayes: Diessrs, Rudy, Da Bace, Anderson and Makeeff. <br />Nayes 0: resolution carried. <br />Aleetings: MR, Forsberg requested a discussSon to consider <br />diferrent meeting nights for the Village. <br />No council action taken, <br />Metro- Salary Survey The council also discussed the metro salary servey, <br />no action taken. <br />BECKER <br />PROBLEM, <br />The clerk returned with copies of minutes pertaining <br />to a hearing on the Proposed village thoroughfare plan, Tha <br />minutes indicated that they pertain to sec 5 but only to that <br />portion of sec 5 east of Sdgerton to Arcade and La Bore Ave <br />north to Co Rd, D. <br />It was suggested that a meeting and hearing be held <br />to clarify the matter, The Engineers were asked when they could <br />have plans ready for a meeting. It was their opinion that by <br />March of 1973, plans should be ready, <br />Upon the Motion of htr, Rudy and seconded by Mr, De Bace <br />It was resolved that: <br />A hearing shall be held <br />the adoption o£ a Total <br />plan. <br />in March to consider <br />Village Thoroughfare <br />Ayes: Dtessrs, De Bace, Rudy Chlebeck, Anderson and <br />Makeeff, <br />page 3 Nayes 0: Resolution adopted, <br />
