Minutes Spacial Meeting <br />Oct 30 1972, Cont, <br />As previously pointed out, the question still remains <br />Becker when does the village acquixe the proposed road right-of-way on <br />Problem the Becker lot. For as it stands we are requiring him to set <br />his house 90 ft from the proposed rd, if the road is on all his <br />property, ox 60 ft rom the proposed right-of-way. Regardless <br />cahat it may be, in the interm, the village is using his property. <br />Yt was suggested that he be granted permission to <br />build the proposed house 60 ft from the west propexty line., <br />and grant a 15 foot variance, if A1r. Becker requested it. <br />Mr. Becker was in concurance to the 60 ft set back <br />but asked to time to consider the 15 ft variance. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Rudy and seconded by Mr. <br />De Bace, it was resolved that: <br />1. The conveyance of property as indicated <br />on the proposed situ p1an,(72-385) is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. The West lot line sidle: ~rard set back <br />be 60 ft. <br />Ayes: Messrs Anderson, Rudy, De Bace, Chlebeck and <br />htakeef£ <br />Nayess 0 Resolution adopted. <br />Mr. Becker request time to consider the l5 ft side yard <br />variance. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Rndy and seconded by Mr De Bace <br />the request for the consideration of the side yard var- <br />iance was tabled , <br />Ayes, All, motion carried. <br />Mr. Becker approched the Council again requesting <br />a 15 ft side yard variance. <br />Upon the motion of Mr, Rudy and seconded by Mr, <br />De Bace, it was resolved thatr <br />A 15 ft side yard variance is hereby granted to Mr. <br />Becker, in order to constructs= a dwelling on lot ~ A " of <br />the proposed site. <br />Ayes: Messrs: Rudy, De Bace, Anderson, Chlenbeck and Makeeff <br />Nayes 0 Resolution adopted, <br />Budget: The clerk presneted to the Council the proposed budget <br />for 1973® It must be adopted by Nov. 11, 1972. The change of <br />adoption from Oct LO to Nov 11, was due to the Fad. sharing. <br />
