MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETl..d <br />OF THE <br />COUNCTL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />AND THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />Council of the Village of Little Canada and the Planning Commission was held <br />on the 6th day of llecember 1972, at 8:00 P.M. at 440 Little Canada Rd. in <br />said Village. <br />The following Council members were present: <br />Mayor i Perry Makeeyy <br />Clerk Joseph G. Chlebeck <br />Councilmen Richard Anderson <br />Robert De Bace <br />Robert Rudy <br />The following Planning Commission members were present: <br />Messrs: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Earl Rossez, Vive-Chairman <br />RRJohBn Radford, Secretary <br />Riche°r~g~oss III <br />Eugene Fasciana <br />A1. Mueller <br />Jim Villeux <br />Mrs Virgina Fisher <br />Mrs Margret Mitchell <br />Absent from the Planning Commission, Mr. R. Nardini. <br />Also present at the meeting were <br />Village attorny, Clayton Parks <br />Village engineer, Dan Carley, <br />Ditch 16 & 7 The Clerk explained to the Council, that the opinion <br />of the attorney for the bonding Co. was that the County shall <br />take the bids for the improvement of ditch 16 and 7 ( imp 71-1) <br />The clerk also informed the Council that the poniiing <br />area is not included in the bond sales because at the present <br />time the County does not have any specification concerning the <br />construction o£ such pond. <br />( note in the minutes of Sept. 18, 1972 Improvement <br />of ditches 16 & 7 are identified as imp 72-11 this is an errox <br />it should be 72-1). <br />page 1 <br />
