Special Afeeting <br />Dec 6 1972 <br />Cont, <br />Water Hydrant The clerk raised the question concerning hydrant <br />Fees rental fees. ( sec. 1601.420) Tha code states a fee of $ 10,00 <br />for thirty days use. It was the clerk's opinion that fee does <br />not cover ovr COSt, The biggest problem eae have is checking the <br />hydrants, <br />( at the present time we charge 45 cent pr 1000 gal and <br />$ 10.00 hydrant fee for a 30 day period,) <br />The clerk was instructed to check caith other <br />village concerning their charges far hydrant use. <br />The clerk also raised the question concerning <br />Village charges for hydrant use. (sec 1601.440) Pursuant to <br />this section, the village is required to pay $ 15.00 pr year £or <br />each hydrant. <br />Upon the motion of Mr. Rudy and 2ndy by Mr Anderson <br />It was resolved that: <br />Sec. 1601.440 is hereby amended by <br />deleting the phrase ( including the <br />Village) from sec. 1601.440. and' <br />Be it £uxther resolved, <br />The attorney is hereby instructed to <br />prepare said amendment to sac 1601.440, <br />Ayes: Messrs: Rudy, Anderson, De Bace, Chlebeck and <br />Makeeff <br />Nayess 0 : Resolution adopted. <br />RYAN <br />Landscaping: <br />Mr. Peter cost raised the question concerning <br />the " Ryan Landscaping site. <br />It was his opinion that the building was to have <br />a brick front. No machinery was to be placed in the rear of <br />the building, He also requested his letter of intent be checked <br />over. <br />Air. Rudy stated he would check this matter with <br />the clerk and speak to Mr, Ryan concerning this matter. <br />page 4 <br />
