<br />SPurw Track, Canada Rd, It was his opinion that this prop arty
<br />was not zoned for this use. He also stated in his
<br />remarks that of her business are using this spur track
<br />to un«load materials and truck them to thher business,
<br />The matter was referred to the attorney.

<br />indicating lands the Village had acquired through
<br />easment agreements for imp, 71-5( Country Dr,),
<br />Atr, Rudy pxesented to the Council a report from
<br />" Real Estate Research Corp.11 concerning tyro sites vrhich may
<br />be considred for location for a Village hall and office, and
<br />a maintenance building.
<br />The report dated Mov 28, 1972 concerns two sites
<br />site one (1) is identified as 53-0080-602-32, to be purchased,
<br />site two (2) is identified as 53-0050-020-61, village owned,
<br />In his remarks Mr. Rudy stated that purchase of the
<br />Little Canada School may not be feasable but should be considered,
<br />Bite one, ( 53-0080-602«32) is a 5,10 acre site, abutting the
<br />water works, which shall be used for recreation , abets the pre-
<br />sent parking Lot, which the village has aleas £or and the property
<br />can be expanded for other use,
<br />The new parcels wh9.ch the village acquired on Country
<br />Dr, may be concidered for Maintenance use,
<br />The parcel of Land identified as site two, is a 2 acre
<br />parcel of land, presently owned by the Village,
<br />It eras the opinion of the Gouncil that at the present
<br />time, one building should be constructed for all purposes,
<br />Mr, Rudy asked permission of the Council to inquire
<br />further into the purchase of site one, and asked for voluntiers
<br />to go which him to see the owner of the property, 4tessrs: Radford,
<br />R, Boss TII, De Bace and Villeux, voluntiered,
<br />The clerk presented to the Council a list of proce-
<br />edures which should be foLloeaed concerning this capital improvement
<br />Mr, Anderson voluntixed his services in drawing a
<br />proposed building,
