ANDERSON Mr. Layton informed the Council, that the <br />construction of Phase YI, has stoped. No reason given. <br />The attorney informed the Council, the <br />ordinance for adopting the Minnesota Building code fs not <br />finished. The attorney also pointed out, although the <br />Village has not adopted an ordinance approving the Minn. <br />code as the village building code. The Minn, code took <br />effect ,7u1y 1, 1972 regardless. <br />FINANCING <br />Mr. Chlebeck Dir. William C. Post, Sales Representative <br />Insurance. of " Employers Insurance of Wausau " approached the Council <br />with a proposed insurance quotation for the Village. <br />Dir. Post. <br />Employers Tha insurance proposal consists of <br />Insurance A. Workman Compansion. <br />of B. Special Multi-Peril ( sec l- propexty) & ( Limit of Liability) <br />t4ausau C. Comprehensive General Liability ( Sec I&II ) <br />D, Comprehensive Automoblie. <br />E. Contractors Equipment floater <br />G. Blanket Position Bond. <br />The quotations Caere presented in tcao forms. <br />Form I, First quotation, a blue portfolio <br />Form II, revised quotation, yellow portfolio. <br />As the proposal appears, the village has more <br />coverage, with the same amount we are presently paying. <br />The proposal will also include all school <br />property, the ice xinks and the equipment located at the <br />recreational directors home. <br />He also mentioned that ha is checking into the <br />possibility of a medical insurance for those who are participating <br />in organize recreation. <br />Upon the motion of Dir. De Bace and seconded by <br />Mr. Rudy, it cues resolved that: <br />The insurance proposal, is hereby referred <br />to the attorney for further study. <br />Ayes: Messrs: De Bace, Rudy, Chlebeck and Anderson. <br />Nayes 0 resolution adopted. <br />Fire Insurance <br />Apportionment The clerk pointed out to the Council that the <br />Fire Apportionment for 1971 was $ 3,681,84 and for 1972 it was <br />$ 3,589.76. The valuation of the Village has increased, the <br />ape 4 apportionment should be increased also. The matter was <br />p referred to the fire chief. <br />
