The applicant proposes to <br />remove the existing 24 foot x 36 foot garage and build a new 28 foot x 50 foot size garage in the <br />same location that is 1400 square feet. The Zoning Code allows detached garages that exceed <br />1,000 square feet as a Conditional Use.
