13: The storage area will not encroach upon parking areas. <br />(see attached drawings for parking plan) <br />14: Fire codes will be met. <br />15: Lighting will be hooded or on only during access or egress from the <br />building or during times it is required to carry on activities requiring light. <br />16 & 17: Compliance assumed. <br />Addendum regarding parking: Since this proposed business has no <br />employees other than the owners, and anticipates only an <br />occasional storage space renter, or auto restoration client, <br />the total of five parking spaces (as per diagram #1: Dimensions, fencing, <br />parking, asphalt, etc.) we would assume to be adequate.
