MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 27, 2008 <br />PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDIT The City Administrator reviewed his report dated August 22, 2008 <br />STREET relative to the easements needed to proceed with the Condit Street <br />EASEMENT road improvement. The Administrator reported that the City Engineer <br />ACQUISITIONS has revised the easement needed from the Grant property at 2901 Condit <br />Street, increasing the minimum needed from five to six feet. An easement <br />is also necessary from the Bougie property at 2921 Condit Street. <br />The Administrator also noted that pending finalization of easement <br />acquisition, he is recommending that the City enter into Right of Entry <br />Agreements with Mr. Grant and Mr. and Mrs. Bougie so that work can <br />commence on the Condit Sheet improvement. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2008-8-207 -APPROVING PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENTS AS PROPOSED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />RELATIVE TO EASEMENT ACQUISITION FROM THE GRANT <br />AND BOUGIE PROPERTIES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THESE PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.2008-8-208 -APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY <br />AGREEMENTSAS PROPOSED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br />FOR THE GRANT AND BOUGIE PROPERTIES, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br />EXECUTE THESEAGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
