MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 27, 2008
C. W. HOULE
AGREEMENT
RELATIVE
TO KOHLMAN
SANITARY
SEWER
affordable housing in Little Canada when most other cities have a much
lower percentage. The City Planner indicated that he is planning to
address this issue in the Comp Plan. The Planner indicated that he
will discuss basing Little Canada's affordable housing goals in reality with
Met Council's staff The Planner indicated that he would inform the
Mayor and Council Member McGraw of the date and time of the Met
Council meetings, and they would be welcomed to attend and lend
additional support on this issue.
The City Administrator recommended that the proposed agreement with
C. W.
