A covering permitting growth of grass or weeds in the R-1 or R-2 <br />districts does not constitute an acceptable surfacing material. <br />Striping. Except for single family and two-family dwellings, all parking stalls <br />shall be marked with white or yellow paint lines not less than four (4) inches <br />wide. <br />m. Lighting. Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area shall be so <br />arranged as to reflect the tight away from adjoining property, abutting residential <br />uses and public rights-of--way and be in compliance with Section 903.020.I of this <br />Ordinance. <br />n. Signs. No sign shall be so located as to restrict the sight lines and orderly <br />operation and traffic movement within any parking lot. <br />o. Curbing and Landscaping. Except for single family and two-family dwellings, all <br />open off-street parking areas shall have a perimeter continuous curb bamer <br />around the entire parking lot. Said barrier shall not be closer than five (5) feet to <br />any lot line. In the case of commercial, industrial, or multiple family property <br />which abuts R-1 or R-2 Zoning Districts, said barrier shall be no closer than <br />twenty (20) feet from the shared property line. Landscaping in accordance with <br />Section 903.020.G. shall be provided in all areas bordering the parking area. Ij <br />p. Curbing Around Metal Buildings. In districts in which metal buildings are <br />permitted, a perimeter curb barrier shall be provided around metal buildings, said <br />barrier shall not be closer than five (5) feet to the building wall. <br />q. Required Screening. All open, non-residential, off-street parking areas of five (5) <br />or more spaces shall be screened and landscaped from abutting or surrounding <br />residential districts in compliance with Section 903.020, G. of this Ordinance. <br />Driveway Turn Around.
