<br />(4) The maximum sign height provided for in paragraph S.c.(3) may be
<br />increased by one (1) foot for each three (3) feet of setback in addition to
<br />that prescribed in paragraph S.c.(I), to a maximum of five (5) additional
<br />feet in height.
<br />(5) Actual sign height is determined from lot grade or averaged with the grade
<br />of the road from which the sign gains its principal exposure.
<br />(6) On parcels which have a common property line with the right-of- way of
<br />limited access freeways, the maximum sign height shalt be allowed to be
<br />30 feet regardless of the building size. In addition, on parcels of which any
<br />portion lies within six hundred (600) feet of the intersection of the center
