906. "R-2", MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />906.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "R-2", Medium Density Residential District is to <br />provide for a greater variety of housing styles including duplexes, double bungalows and <br />townhouses at a density not greater than eight (8) units per acre; and directly related, <br />complementary uses. <br />906.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Single family detached dwellings. <br />B. Two family dwellings. <br />C. Essential services. <br />906.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. <br />' ' ' '. Such garage shall <br />not be used for the storage of more than one (1) commercial vehicle owned or operated <br />by a resident per dwelling unit. [Suggested new deletion(?)] <br />B.
