2. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided in compliance with Section <br />903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />3. The site and related parking and service shall be served by an arterial or collector <br />street of sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic which will be generated. <br />4. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in <br />compliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />5. The provisions of Section 921.O10.C of this Ordinance are satisfactorily met. <br />6. The regulations and conditions of the Minnesota Department of Public Welfare, <br />Public Welfare Manuat t I 3130 as adopted, amended and/or changed are <br />satisfactorily met. <br />7. A written indication of preliminary, pending or final license approval from the <br />regulatory welfare agency is supplied to the City. <br />D. <br />E. <br />Elderly (Senior Citizen) housing, subject to the same conditions as allowed in an "R-B", <br />Residential Business District. <br />Retail sales combined with related commercial printing facilities, provided that: <br />I. Noise does not exceed standards as established by the City Code and does not <br />infringe upon neighboring properties. <br />2. No outside storage occurs on the site. <br />3. Adequate space is provided for loading facilities which do not disrupt parking or <br />access circulation. <br />4. Signing for the two activities is in compliance with the limitations of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance. <br />5. The provisions of Section 921,O10.C of this Ordinance are satisfactorily met. <br />Rehabilitation Centers: <br />1. All rehabilitation centers must have an active license from the Minnesota <br />Department of Welfare. <br />2. No overnight facilities are provided for the patron served. Patrons are delivered <br />and removed daily. <br />3. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided in compliance with Section <br />903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />4. The site and related parking and service shall be served by an arterial or collector <br />street of sufficient capacity to accommodate the traffic which will be generated. <br />5. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in <br />compliance with Section 903.110 of this Ordinance. <br />6. The maximum number of physically and mentally handicapped adult clients to be <br />served shall be limited to one hundred twenty (120). <br />7. The provisions of Section 921.O10.C of this Ordinance are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />G. Commercial Recreation. Those establishments serving alcoholic beverages in conjunction <br />with pool hall, bingo, golf, indoor firearms/archery ranges, and amusement centers as a <br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance B-3, General Business District <br />912-4 <br />
