A strip of not less than five (5) feet shall be landscaped and screened in compliance with Section 903.020.G of this Ordinance. 3. Each light standard island and all islands in the parking lot landscaped or covered. 4. Parking areas shall be screened from view of abutting residential districts in compliance with Section 903.020.G of this Ordinance. 5. Parking areas and driveways shall be curbed with continuous curbs not less than six (6) inches high above the parking lot or driveway grade. 6. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of conflict with through traffic movements, shall comply with Section 903.050 of this Ordinance and shall be subject to the approval of the Citv Engineer. The provisions of Section 921.O10.C of this Ordinance are considered and satisfactorily met. 912.045. INTERIM USES. (Requires an Interim Use Permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) A. Outdoor display of retail merchandise accessory to a retail sales facility, provided that: 1. The merchandise being sold is a part of the array of merchandise also sold indoors on the premises in question, and is not being sold "on consignment" or for another off-premises seller. 2. The merchandise being displayed, or the display area, does not include any advertising, material, or messages that could be construed as a sign under the zoning regulations, unless a proper sign permit (temporary or permanent) has been granted. 3. The display area does not take up parking spaces or interfere with vehicular or pedestrian circulation on the site. 4. The display area comprises not more than Eve (5) percent of the floor area of the principal building. 5.
