Landscape plans for the proposed development shall be submitted to and <br />approved by the City Council and City staff. <br />7. Such use is not located within two hundred (200) feet of residentially zoned <br />property, nor within two thousand (2,000) feet of a similar use. <br />8. No more than a total of two (2) motor vehicle sales lot licenses may be in full <br />force at any one time in the B-2 and B-3 Districts, nor may more than a total of <br />four (4) such licenses be in force at any one time in the B-2, B-3, B-4, and I-1 <br />Districts combined. <br />9. License shall be subject to an annual review. <br />912-A.045. INTERIM USES. (Requires an Interim Use Permit based upon procedures set <br />forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Outdoor display of retail merchandise accessory to a retail sates facility, provided that: <br />1. The merchandise being sold is a part of the array of merchandise also sold indoors <br />on the premises in question, and is not being sold "on consignment" or for another <br />off-premises seller. <br />2. The merchandise being displayed, or the display area, does not include any <br />advertising, material, or messages that could be construed as a sign under the <br />zoning regulations, unless a proper sign permit (temporary or permanent) has <br />been granted. <br />3. The display area does not take up parking spaces or interfere with vehicular or <br />pedestrian circulation on the site. <br />4. The display area comprises not more than five (5) percent of the floor area of the <br />principal building. <br />S. The display area is screened from neighboring residentially zoned areas in <br />compliance with Section 903.020.G. of this ordinance. <br />6. The display area may not encroach into any required yard setback area or any <br />drainage and utility easement. <br />7. The display area must not, in the judgment of the City Council, detract from the <br />building architecture or landscaping, or constitute the primary visual focus of the <br />site or building in question. <br />8. Other conditions that the City Council deems necessary to protect and enhance the <br />quality of building and site design of other commercial development in the <br />neighborhood. <br />912-A.O50. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following minimum <br />requirements shall be observed in an "B-4" District subject to additional requirements, <br />exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area: Fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet. <br />B. Lot Width: One hundred (100) feet. <br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance B-4, Comprehensive Business District <br />912-A-9 <br />
