913-A. "B-I", BUSINESS-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />913-A.O10. PURPOSE. The purpose of the B-I, Business-Industrial District is to allow for <br />the location of certain compatible business and industrial uses and buildings in areas which may <br />be near to residential property. Such locations should accommodate the needs of the business- <br />industrial use, and minimize any potential negative impacts on the residentially zoned property in <br />the area, including both operational and architectural impacts. <br />913-A.020. PERMITTED USES. The following land uses should be allowed as permitted <br />uses within the B-I District: <br />A. Offices, commercial and professional. <br />B. Office-warehousing, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />C. Office-showrooms, as defined in this Ordinance. <br />D. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures. <br />E. Essential services. <br />F. Research Laboratories. <br />G. Trade Schools. <br />913-A.030. ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Accessory commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to the <br />principal use, but such use shall not exceed thirty (30) percent of the gross floor space of <br />the principal use. <br />B. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />C. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 903.060 of this Ordinance. <br />D. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />E. Adult Uses -Accessory as regulated by Section 903.130 of this Ordinance. <br />F. Parkins for comnanv trucks and trailers. limited <br />G. Accessory buildings as allowed in the "I-P"District. <br />of the rear <br />H. Off-street truck and trailer loading, as allowed in Section 918.030.D. of the "I-P" District. <br />I.
