920. "P", PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC DISTRICT <br />920.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "P", Public/Semi-Public District is to ensure City <br />control over those lands now used publicly or semi-publicly, by establishing City review <br />procedures in the event of change in land use or activity. <br />920.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and/or similar <br />structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />community. <br />B. Parks. <br />C. Public or semi-public recreational buildings and neighborhood or community centers; <br />public and private educational institutions limited to elementary, junior high and senior <br />high schools; and religious institutions such as churches, chapels, temples and <br />synagogues. <br />D. Cemeteries. <br />E. City Halls and other City of Little Canada government buildings including fire halls, <br />public works buildings and similar structures. <br />920.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. Operation and storage of such vehicles, equipment and machinery which are incidental to <br />permitted or conditional uses allowed in this district. <br />B. Living quarters of persons employed on the premises. <br />C. Recreational vehicles and equipment. <br />D. Non-commercial greenhouses and conservatories. <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities. <br />F. Tool houses, sheds and similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non- <br />commercial recreational equipment. <br />G.
