H. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public <br />parks. <br />920.035. INTERIM USES. The following are interim uses in the "P" District, subject to <br />the issuance of an Interim Use Permit, per the procedures as listed in Section 921 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />A. The establishment of a "wood chip pile" accessory to municipal public works facility as <br />a service to citizens of Little Canada, subject to the following conditions: <br />[Added.to sped public v. private: storage] <br />1. The use is found to be consistent with existing surrounding uses in the area and <br />with the underlying land use plan for the district in which it is located. <br />2. The wood chip pile must be the exclusive use of the property subject to the <br />permit, and shall not be mixed with other land uses, whether permitted or <br />conditional as this site will not be fully screened from residential uses or public <br />right-of--way. <br />3. The use will not be screened from adjacent residential uses or public right-of--way <br />as to deter dumping of unwanted materials in this area along with safety and <br />access to wood chip pile. <br />4. The maximum allowable height of the wood chip pile is fifteen (15) feet. <br />5. The use would sunset upon sale of adjacent Public Works garage to the north of <br />this property. <br />6. The wood chip area and associated drives must be surfaced with Class V or other <br />material as determined by City Council <br />7. Other conditions or requirements as specified by City Council deemed necessary <br />to keep the site from becoming a nuisance to the public or adjoining property <br />owners. <br />8. If site becomes a public nuisance as determined by the City Council, this use will <br />be terminated and restored to a green area. <br />920.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Day care -group nursery, provided that: <br />1. No overnight facilities are provided for the children served. Children are delivered <br />and removed daily. <br />2.
