3. All parking areas are screened from view of adjoining residential zoning districts. <br />920.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. The following minimum <br />requirements shall be observed in a "P", Public District subject to additional requirements, <br />exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A. Lot Area: None. <br />B. Lot Width: None. <br />C. Setbacks: <br />1. Front Yards: Not less than forty (40) feet. <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Not less than fifteen (15) feet when abutting non-residentially zoned <br />property. <br />b. Not less than forty; (40) feet when abutting residentially zoned property or <br />a public right of when on a corner lot. [Aided to ~beconsistent with <br />front yard setbacks#gndard] <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />920.060. HEIGHT.
