I-Ienson <br />Attached is a notice calling for a hearing to consider the creating of a Housing Improvement Area for <br />Canabury Townhome Association. This is the project with the need for a new entrance drive -see <br />attached timeline for more info. We have already accepted their petition forms. The hearing could be <br />held as part of our regular council meeting on October 8l~', but I believe it would be better to hold these <br />types of hearing on a "special meeting basis" rather than take up a lot of time at a regular meeting. If <br />you agree with that thought, then we could hold the hearing on Monday or Tuesday of the following <br />week, the 13`" or 14`h (the 8`h is the soonest to meet publication requirements).
