Ranson <br />www. ci.little-canada.mn.us <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota will <br />hold a public hearing on: <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road, Little <br />Canada, MN SS l 17 regarding the adoption of an ordinance to establish the Canabury <br />'fownhomes Housing Improvement Area (the "Canabury Townhomes ILIA") under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 428A.11 to 428A.21. The boundaries of the proposed <br />Canabury Townhomes HIA are shown in the map below and include: <br />Lots I through 6, Block 1, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots I through 4, Block 2, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots I through 6, Block 3, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 4, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 5, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 4, Block 6, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 7, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 8, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 9, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 10, Canabury Townhouses <br />Lot 1, Block 11, Canabury Townhouses <br />Within Canabury Townhomes HIA, the City proposes to facilitate various improvements <br />to the Canabury "Cownhomes. 'the improvements would be financed by fees imposed on <br />the owners of units. All persons owning housing units in the proposed housing <br />improvement area that would be subject to a fee for housing improvements will be given <br />an opportunity to be heard at the hearing. <br />At the public hearing, the City will provide a preliminary listing of the housing <br />improvements to be made in the Canabury Townhomes HIA, including identification of <br />improvements to be made to common elements of the Canabury Townhomes, and <br />identification of housing units (if any) that have completed the proposed housing <br />improvements are proposed to be exempted from a portion of the fee. <br />For further information on the Canabury Townhomes H[A, contact Joel I-Ianson, City <br />Administrator, at the City Center, 651-766-4040. <br />2 <br />
