MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 2, 2020 <br />The City Engineer stated that a portion of each project would be assessed to the adjoining <br />property owners. He explained that on Greenbrier Circle it is proposed to assess each property <br />with a one -unit assessment which is estimated to be $8,003.69 each, and the properties on Old <br />County Road C vary in size so the assessment amounts are proposed to be based on the actual <br />street frontage width at $80.26 per foot. <br />Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2020-12-159 RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ONIMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 2021-01 AND 2 021- 02 ON GREENBRIER CIRCLE AND OLD COUNTY <br />ROAD C (FROM COUNTYROAD C TO RUTHSTREET) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Roll Call Vote: Keis/Fischer/Montour/Torkelson <br />Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:29 p.m. <br />John Y.
