A diverse mix of trees, perennials, and grasses, which are low maintenance and tolerant to urban conditions will be incorporated. Feature Intersections and other unique nodes (example: Rice Street Entry) will maintain their layout and balace between pavement and planting areas <br />Note: any of the pavement alternatives, as shown on the other pages in this package, can be incorporated with this layout.
