The applicant complies with the provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action: <br />At the November 14, 2019 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted unanimously (6-0) <br />to approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow major auto repair at 53 Woodlynn Avenue, with the <br />condition that a locking dumpster enclosure be constructed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />City staff feels the Conditional Use Permit Amendment as requested by Mr. Paugel is consistent with <br />the area and complies with the I-1, Light Industrial zoning district regulations.
