<br />16. All other provisions and requirements as deemed necessary by the City Council. <br /> <br />17. The applicant complies with the provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Action: <br />At the November 14, 2019 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted unanimously (6-0) <br />to approve a Conditional Use Permit to allow major auto repair at 53 Woodlynn Avenue, with the <br />condition that a locking dumpster enclosure be constructed. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />City staff feels the Conditional Use Permit Amendment as requested by Mr. Paugel is consistent with <br />the area and complies with the I-1, Light Industrial zoning district regulations. The City Council may <br />want to consider requiring a secure dumpster/garbage enclosure for the site due to the types of fluids <br />and waste that auto repair businesses generate. <br /> <br />City Staff is recommending: <br />• Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow Major Auto Repair at 53 Woodlynn Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
