<br />6 <br /> <br />and striping parking areas, installing and maintaining perimeter concrete curbing around parking <br />areas, limiting the usage of the west entrance onto Ryan Drive, limiting the height of stockpiled <br />materials, controlling dust, and providing adequate berms and landscaping as approved by City <br />staff. <br />16. Owner shall comply with the approved erosion control plan for the prevention of <br />damage to adjacent property and the control of surface water runoff. As the operation continues, <br />the City may impose additional erosion control requirements if, in the opinion of the City <br />Engineer, they would be useful. Owner shall comply with the erosion control plans and with any <br />such additional instructions it receives from the City. <br />17. Owner shall promptly clear any soil, earth or debris resulting from work by Owner <br />or of its customers. agents or assigns. Owner's responsibilities shall also include sweeping public <br />streets in the vicinity of the interim use operation to remove any debris tracked from the site onto <br />the public streets. Owner shall constantly monitor conditions and sweep as needed or within 24 <br />hours’ notice by City. Dust control will consist of at least daily watering of the service roads and <br />yard contained within the property described in this Agreement with Owner's self-contained water <br />truck; subject to the appropriate modifications due to prevailing weather conditions. At all times <br />during crushing operations, Owner shall supply water by the use of at least one 1 ½ inch pipe and <br />one ¾ inch hose directly to the crusher, and one ¾ inch hose to the conveyor. Owner shall modify <br />dust control methods as necessary to ensure other properties in the area are not negatively <br />impacted by the interim use. <br />18. Due to the nature of the Owner’s activity on the property the City is unable to determine <br />the costs it will incur in monitoring and regulating said use. To compensate the City for the costs it will
