From:Marsolek, Brent (CI-StPaul) <br />To:Bryce Shearen <br />Subject:Replacement of rink boards <br />Date:Monday, March 2, 2020 2:43:11 PM <br />Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution. <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />After reviewing the request made by officials of the City of Little Canada to allow for the City to <br />perform replacement and maintenance on and for the hockey rink located mostly within Board of <br />Water Commissioner’s Right-of-Way south of Little Canada Road, it is understood that these <br />activities are to be considered maintenance required for the upkeep of the public purpose <br />structure. No additional agreement must be signed for this work to commence.
