PW 2020-07 Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> Agreement PW 2020-07 <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA FOR <br />Reconstruction of County Road D (County State Aid Highway 19) <br />between Edgerton Street and Greenbrier Street <br />S.A.P. 062-619-035, S.A.P. 209-020-012 <br />and Reconstruction of Greenbrier Street (Municipal State Aid Street 121) <br />between County Road D and Labore Road <br />S.A.P. 200-121-001 <br /> <br />Total Project Cost: $3,763,815.55 Attachments: <br />City of Little Canada Cost: $2,071,143.60 A – Engineer’s Estimate <br />Ramsey County Cost: $1,546,657.55 B – Project Location Map <br /> C – Storm Sewer Ownership <br /> <br />This Agreement is between the City of Little Canada, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") for the <br />reconstruction of County Road D (CSAH 19) between Edgerton Street and Greenbrier <br />Street and for the reconstruction of Greenbrier Street (MSAS 121) between County Road <br />D and Labore Rd (“Project”). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1. The Project is identified in Ramsey County’s 2019 – 2023 Transportation Improvement <br />Program. <br /> <br />2. County Road D, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated as County State <br />Aid Highway (CSAH) 19. Greenbrier Street, in the area affected by reconstruction, is <br />designated as Municipal State Aid Street (MSAS 121) <br /> <br />3. The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(Mn/DOT) as eligible for County State Aid Highway funds. <br /> <br />4. The Project has been designated as State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 062-619-035, 209-020- <br />012, and 200-121-001. <br /> <br />5. The subject road segment is located within and along the City border. <br /> <br />6. The Project is led by the City of Little Canada in partnership with Ramsey County and <br />the City of Vadnais Heights. <br /> <br />7. Agreement No PW2020-03M details the City of Vadnais Heights Ownership and <br />Maintenance Responsibility of Project Elements. <br />
