PW 2020-07 Page 4 of 7 6.2.1. The County and City shall own and maintain their respective elements of the storm sewer system as identified in Attachment C and as follows. 6.2.2. The City shall own the following components of the storm sewer system on County Road D and Greenbrier Street: i. Trunk line ii. Trunk line manholes, including manholes which connect catch basins and leads to the trunk line iii. Surface drains located outside of the County road right-of-way and associated leads iv. Trunk line outfalls 6.2.3. The City shall also own the following components of the storm sewer system on Greenbrier Street: v. BMP(s). 1. Greenbrier Street Pond located between address 3058 and 3066 Greenbrier Street. 2. Rain Garden located at address 2955 Greenbrier Street. 3. Rain Garden located at address 2929 Greenbrier Street. vi. Catch basins vii. Catch basin leads viii. Cross-culverts ix. Surface drains located within the City road right-of-way 6.2.4. The County shall own the following components of the storm sewer system on County Road D: x. Catch basins xi. Catch basin leads xii. Cross-culverts xiii. Surface drains located within the County road right-of-way 6.2.5. The City and County shall each maintain the components of the storm sewer system under their respective ownership. 6.3. Ownership and Maintenance of the Sanitary Sewer and Watermain The City will own and maintain the sanitary sewer and watermain systems including services. 6.4. Ownership and Maintenance of the pedestrian curb ramps 6.4.1. The City will own and maintain the pedestrian curb ramps, including snow removal and sidewalk panel replacement. 6.5. Ownership and Maintenance of the Trees The city will own and maintain newly planted trees.
