<br /> <br />The USFWS has put together a management plan for all of the areas once they have been planted and <br />begin to grow. City staff will mow the areas at certain benchmarks to keep weeds from infiltrating the <br />wildflowers and grasses. It is anticipated that the areas will be mowed two-to-three times in the first couple <br />years of growth and likely only one time per year once they are fully established. <br /> <br />Matching Funds Available: <br />The City of Little Canada has budgeted $25,000 in 2020 for the continued efforts of habitat restoration.
