STAFF REPORT <br />TO:President Keis and Officers of the Economic Development Authority <br />FROM:Chris Heineman, City Administrator <br />DATE:January 12, 2022 <br />RE:Appointment of 2022 Economic Development Authority Officers <br />Adoption of 2022 EDA Budget <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Appoint Economic Development Authority Officers and adopt the budget for 2022. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council will need to temporarily adjourn and convene as the Economic Development <br />Authority in order to complete the 2022 appointment of officers and budget adoption. <br />Below is the list of 2021 Appointments: <br />John Keis - President <br />Teresa Miller - Vice President <br />Mike McGraw - Treasurer <br />Chris Heineman - Assistant Treasurer <br />Chris Heineman - Secretary <br />Tom Fischer – Director <br />Christian Torkelson - Director <br />Budget: <br />2022 Economic Development Authority Budget: <br />Revenues = $0 <br />Expenditures = $0 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Appoint the Economic Development Authority Officers and adopt the budget for 2022.
