CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 847 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE CHAPTER 2001, <br />ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF THE MINNESOTA STATE FIRE CODE, TO <br />CORRESPOND WITH THE UPDATED MINNESOTA STATE FIRE CODE <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ORDAINS: Chapter 2001 is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire <br />ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary <br />is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Zoning Code – Chapter 2001, <br />Adoption by Reference of the Minnesota State Fire Code. The State of Minnesota <br />has now adopted the 2020 Minnesota State Fire Code and this is ordinance will <br />update the Little Canada City Code to correspond to the 2020 Minnesota State <br />Fire Code. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective on September 26, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 23rd day of September, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> <br />BY: John T.
