CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 860 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER 803, USED CAR SALES <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 803, Used <br />Car Sales, of the Little Canada Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and deleting <br />the stricken material as follows: <br /> <br /> 803.015. RESTRICTIONS ON NUMBER OF LICENSES. No more than a total of two <br />(2) motor vehicle sales lot licenses may be in full force at any one time in the C-1, General <br />Commercial Zoning Districts, nor may more than a total of three (3) such licenses be in force at <br />any one time in the C-1, General Commercial and I-1, Li ght Industrial Districts combined. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. In any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance or any part thereof is for any reason found to invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance or any <br />part thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
