Utility improvements will be funded through the City’s Infrastructure <br />Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council award the street project bid including the alternate bid <br />for the catch basin repair to T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $593,729.91. This <br />includes an increase in engineering fees above the contracted percentage with a not-to-exceed <br />percentage of 25%. <br />
