MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 24, 2008 <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO 2008-9-233 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE PUD PERMIT FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT OFA CULVERS RESTAURANT UNTIL THE <br />OCTOBER 22, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Blesener opened the public hearing to consider a request for a Conditional <br />OUTDOOR Use Permit to allow outdoor storage of licensed and operable vehicles, <br />STORAGE - insurance-totaled vehicles, metal recycling bin, trash container, and <br />3172 RYAN covered fire storage with the I-1 District at 3172 Ryan Lane as requested <br />LANE - by Suburban Auto Body. It was noted that the City Planner and the <br />SUBURBAN Planning Commission recommended approval subject to compliance with <br />AUTO BODY the recommendations of outlined in the Planner's report. <br /> The City Planner noted that the 3172 Ryan Lane is a second location for <br /> Suburban Auto Body. Mechanical work is done from this location, and <br /> there is some storage of recyclable materials for pick-up. The City <br /> Planner indicated that Suburban Auto Body has submitted a revised site <br /> plan which complies with the recommendations outlined in his report. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was closed. <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-9-234 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTDOOR STORAGE OF LICENSED <br />AND OPERABLE VEHICLES, INSURANCE-TOTALED VEHICLES, <br />METAL RECYCLING BIN, TRASH CONTAINER, AND COVERED <br />TIRE STORAGEAT 3172 RYAN LANE, SUBURBANAUTO BODY, <br />SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br />OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 5, 2008 AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITHALL <br />APPLICABLE FIRE CODES <br />
