MINUTES CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 24, 2008 Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO 2008-9-233 -CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING AND TABLING ACTION ON THE PUD PERMIT FOR DEVELOPMENT OFA CULVERS RESTAURANT UNTIL THE OCTOBER 22, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CUP FOR Blesener opened the public hearing to consider a request for a Conditional OUTDOOR Use Permit to allow outdoor storage of licensed and operable vehicles, STORAGE - insurance-totaled vehicles, metal recycling bin, trash container, and 3172 RYAN covered fire storage with the I-1 District at 3172 Ryan Lane as requested LANE - by Suburban Auto Body. It was noted that the City Planner and the SUBURBAN Planning Commission recommended approval subject to compliance with AUTO BODY the recommendations of outlined in the Planner's report. The City Planner noted that the 3172 Ryan Lane is a second location for Suburban Auto Body. Mechanical work is done from this location, and there is some storage of recyclable materials for pick-up. The City Planner indicated that Suburban Auto Body has submitted a revised site plan which complies with the recommendations outlined in his report. There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on this matter. Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Allan, the public hearing was closed. Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2008-9-234 -APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTDOOR STORAGE OF LICENSED AND OPERABLE VEHICLES, INSURANCE-TOTALED VEHICLES, METAL RECYCLING BIN, TRASH CONTAINER, AND COVERED TIRE STORAGEAT 3172 RYAN LANE, SUBURBANAUTO BODY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER 5, 2008 AND SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITHALL APPLICABLE FIRE CODES
