<br />for better utilization of all the affected land, but raises some concern in terms of the
<br />proximity of the Soa Line%A~oodlyn Avenue intersection io the railroad crossing. This
<br />proximity is considered to be potentially hazardous especially in view of the existing
<br />crossing .
