<br />Ordinance 854 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />RRR. Tattoo/Body Art as a principal or accessory use, provided that the business receives the <br />appropriate licenses from the City, and complies with all requirements of Section 822. <br /> <br />912-A.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures <br />set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />I. Massage therapy as a principal or accessory use, provided that: <br /> <br />1. The business receives an appropriate license from the City of Little Canada, and complies <br />with all the requirements of that license. <br />2. All therapists are licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Code. <br />3. The City reserves the right to review the conditional use permit at any time, and may add <br />conditions deemed appropriate by the City Council to ensure compliance with the <br />Comprehensive Plan, City Codes, and applicable regulations. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 3. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. In any section, sentence, clause or phrase of <br />this ordinance or any part thereof is for any reason found to invalid by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this <br />ordinance or any part thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
