<br />C. Handling and disposal of documents, reports and data will be in accordance with state <br />and federal law and City of Little Canada policy. <br /> <br />Additional Conditions <br /> <br />A. City employees are ambassadors of the community and should always conduct <br />themselves professionally and uphold organizational values regardless of where the <br />employee is located. <br /> <br />B. Employees working remotely are still held to the same job responsibilities and <br />expected level of service. They are subject to the same terms and conditions of <br />employment and should track and record all hours worked in the same way that they <br />would if they were working in the office. <br /> <br />C. The employee agrees to be accessible by phone, virtual computer software or email <br />within a reasonable time period during the agreed upon work schedule. Depending on <br />the employee’s position and the needs of the City, the work schedule may include core <br />hours during which the employee must be available. <br /> <br />D. Meetings and Trainings already established should not be rescheduled because of off- <br />site work arrangements. Employees are expected to continue scheduled meetings in <br />person if the department head or supervisor prefers even on days previous approved <br />for remote work. An employee’s engagement levels and participation should not be <br />adversely impacted by Workflex. <br /> <br />E. Release or destruction of any public records should only be done at the official location <br />according to statute and regulation. Computerized files are official records and shall <br />be similarly protected, including, but not limited to, virus protection. <br /> <br />F. Failure to comply with any provision(s) of the agreement or this policy will result in <br />immediate termination of the agreement and may further be grounds for discipline.
